I love chatting with couples and helping them choose their engagement session location. It’s always fun when you can find a place that evokes special memories or defines who they are as a couple. Hallie and Jake love the great outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping and rock climbing, so I immediately knew we needed to choose a location in the mountains.
After some research and scouting I found a perfect spot in Idyllwild, California. It has trees and meadows, and a perfect overlook called Inspiration Point which was the perfect spot for the sunset. They were able to quietly take in the moment while I captured it for them.
Hallie and Jake also brought along their two dogs so we were able to capture their special bond too. I am really looking forward to their wedding at Peltzer Winery.
